Can I use Spooky2’s software to load programs for MicroGen?

We recommend that you use HeaWea’s software to load programs into your MicroGen. However, there is indeed a method to load MicroGen programs using Spooky2 software. Please refer to this video for guidance.

What is the recommended duration of use when using High-power mode?

High-power mode is AC. There are no limits. The time constraints are for Zapper and BP modes only. These options will turn themselves off after running and restart the next day.

Which level of power should I use when using MicroGen?

If you are a first time user, we recommend that you start at level 1 and gradually increase the level if you feel comfortable with it. In general, we recommend that you use MicroGen with level 3.

Is MicroGen portable?

Yes. You can use the lanyard to carry the MicroGen easily or keep it in your pocket, which makes it convenient for you to have treatments outdoors at any time.
