You can place the TENS Pads near the spot that requires healing, such as where muscles are tense or painful, or on the wrists or ankles for an all-over and calmer session.

For the meridian programs, the TENS Pads can be placed around the organ or along the meridian vessels. For example, if you are running Meridians – Lung, you can put the pads on chest muscles at least 5 cm (2 inches) from the heart. Alternatively, you can place one on the right wrist and the other 2.5 cm (1 inch) above the navel. The current can pass through the lung meridian vessel that way.

For mental programs (anxiety, depression, Bach Remedy, essential oils, etc.), you can place the TENS pads on your temple and use LOW POWER mode. Alternatively, you can place one pad on your wrist and the other on the ankle for whole-body treatment. (Important Note: you can only run low power mode if TENS pads are placed above the shoulder.)
