There is a small white dot to the left of the charging port on the bottom of MicroGen. Pressing and holding the dot for 2 seconds with a suitable sized pin or biros, etc. will reset MicroGen.
If my MicroGen is not recognised by my computer, what can I do to try and fix the problem?
1. We recommend that you retry with a different cable. 2. We recommend that you make sure the MicroGen is switched on before connecting it to the computer. 3. We recommend contacting “support@heawea.com” for one-on-one service.
There are no side effects to frequency therapy, make sure you drink plenty of water after your frequency treatment to help flush toxins out of your body.
Does the new version of HeaWea cables just have to light up to indicate it’s working?
