You can try these steps:
1. Make sure your High power cable is fully plugged in.
2. Download the latest version of HeaWea software from www.heawea.com
3. Upgrade your firmware to be the latest one. If you do not know how to do it, you can check it here: https://www.heawea.com/how-to-upgrade-microgen-firmware/
4. Select Blood purifier. You should be able to feel it when you run the program.
